Kelly is quite happy not to be a sled dog. She is friendly and sweet and quite content just to lie around the house in her retirement. She is what they call a "good eater" -- she will inhale her kibble in a manner of seconds, and spends most of the day lobbying to be feed ahead of schedule, and when it comes to food, kibble and biscuits are preferred over anything else. She's also a bit of a dork -- she has no idea of where anything behind her head, its like she doesn't know it back here. She missed her slot to run Iditarod because she had a run in with a porcupine. Kelly and her littermate Kim were named for the Berg twins from New Hampshire.
